The coveted Vezina Trophy winner as the NHL’s top goaltender in 1968, Rogie Vachon spent sixteen seasons in the world’s fastest league, guarding the creases of four different clubs while earning a trio of Stanley Cup championships. This stick was used by the HOF netminder circa 1976-77, while with the Los Angeles Kings. A Victoriaville Pro model with “R. Vachon” over the upper shaft, the original white tape remains over the blade and knob. Heavy game-use is exhibited with a plethora of puck marks to the front and reverse blade, with a crack visible through the tape. We should note that imagery shows Vachon using this model of Vic with matching striping accent during the 1976-77 NHL season along with at the 1976 Canada Cup.
