Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Winter 2014

Canadian-born forward Peter Douris donned this Bruins gamer during the 1991-92 campaign when he suited up for 54 games, notching 10 goals and 13 assists along the way. Tagged in the collar as a “Maska” with adjoining size “52” flap, this Douris jersey features the iconic “NHL 75th” anniversary patch sewn on the right breast, with marks lining the front and both sleeves. We count 3 team repairs on the front, at least 11 repairs on the right sleeve, and another 4 on the left sleeve. Board burns and slight paint transfer are noticeable on the sleeves as well, and on the inside can be found some pilling, and a touch of puckering is on the team crest and back numbers. Nice classic Beantown gamer with some excellent game-wear.
