One of just a handful of players to reach the astounding number, Marcel Dionne fired home his 700th regular season NHL goal in October of 1987, his 17th season of NHL action. Occurring on Halloween night, the goal came versus the Islanders at Nassau Coliseum with James Patrick and Bruce Bell drawing assists, with Kelly Hrudey the victim. To commemorate the event the Rangers presented Dionne with this heavy brass plaque in the form of the team's logo. Measuring approximately 10" x 11", it has the details listed and features a mounted Viceroy Islanders game puck. Surface wear is present including some scratching, with Marcel signing the reverse in black marker. Although the puck is not the actual gamer that found its way into the net for the milestone, this weighty award is the real deal and was originally obtained from the personal collection of Marcel Dionne.
