Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Winter 2017
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 3/8/2017
Coming up through the WHL with the Regina Pats, Kyle Calder was drafted by the Chicago Black Hawks in 1997, playing in parts of 6 seasons with the club. We have a Black Hawks jersey worn by the Mannville native in 2001-02, and it’s been photo-matched. A size “58” tag sits along the collar, with embroidered NHL and KOHO patches on the bottom hem and back neckline respectively. Featuring the iconic Sauk Chief Black Hawk logo, the jersey has been embellished with tackle twill numbers along with matching chain-stitched tomahawk crests over each shoulder. An inventory sticker has been affixed to the inner section near the fight strap, with the team patch inverted along the inside hem. Game-wear includes marks and burns on the lower front, along with additional board burns over each shoulder. There is also a tear along the collar along with 3 team repairs, all isolated to the lower right sleeve. An included numeric image has been matched to the partially torn collar and small hole just below it.
