All-Star goalie Curtis Joseph’s 1998-99 Maple Leafs game-worn jersey is the one he wore during the second period of Toronto’s final game at Maple Leaf Gardens on Feb. 13, 1999. The “1931-1999 Maple Leaf Gardens Memories & Dreams” patch is sewn on the right breast of Joseph’s retro-style gamer, which has a Maple Leafs team patch sewn inside the rear tail that reads, “Feb 13, 1999, Game Worn 2nd Period Final Game Maple Leaf Gardens.” Game wear includes a faint black mark on the front to the left of the bottom portion of the team crest and a small spot of red paint transfer on the back of the right sleeve. Comes with a Maple Leafs LOA signed by HOFer Ken Dryden.
Nike Team Sports size 58G and NHL Center Ice Authentic tagging sit in the back of the tie-neck collar along with a “Made in Canada” flag tag.
There are a few stains in a variety of reddish-brown tones on the front tail and right sleeve.
