One of the youngest captains in NHL history, donning the “C” of Colorado at just 19-years of age, Gabriel Landeskog secured the coveted Calder Memorial Trophy for his impressive inaugural NHL season, in 2012. From his first NHL season, we have a photo-matched Avalanche jersey worn by the talented Swede while scoring his first NHL goal (and 1st NHL point), Oct 12, 2011, in a 3-2 win over Columbus. A label with “58” sizing is affixed to the collar, with embroidered NHL and Reebok patches on the front and back necklines respectively. Styled with an attractive Avalanche team crest, “92” appears over the sleeves and verso, with matching “Bigfoot” crests adorning each shoulder. A patch from MeiGray numbered “I09728” has been placed over the inside hem of the "White Set 1" jersey, with a matching LOA to accompany along with a signed “1st NHL Goal” photo.
Exhibiting dark marks and a small stain over the lower front, there are additional marks over each sleeve along with team repairs, with two large examples on the left sleeve, and one on the right. Getty Image #129992558 from Oct 22, 2011 vs Chicago, has been matched to the distinct washed-out dark mark pattern over the lower right front and its placement.
