Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Winter 2020

Showing light to moderate wear with not many creases and mostly in uniform condition is this Parkhurst assembly, with Gordie Howe and Henri Richard cards showing up in KSA holders labeled “7 NM”. The Howe however exhibits one lightly dinged corner and touches at the other three, while the key Dave Keon rookie card is unfortunately one of the dozen-or-so creased exceptions; multiple light creases send it to G at best. Characterizing the majority are VG-EX, VG-EX+ and EX examples with no coins rubbed across the “punch lines” on the back, contrary to the Keon and 1-Horton (partially, lightly rubbed and VG+), with Sawchuk (VG) among the lower grade exceptions. Please see our website for more details and images.
Three cards display like the majority with however blue ink marks on the back; 3-Bower (small “dot” of ink), 18-Brewer and 29-Pronovost, while a crease and light subtle glue residue affect the back of the last card, 51-Pronovost. Not yet mentioned, except in the title, is a PSA EX-MT 6 card of 10-Bob Nevin, housed in a well-cared-for holder, similar to the two KSA holders.
