Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Spring 2019

Wayne's world, cardboard-wise, is always highlighted by his coveted 1979-80 O-Pee-Chee rookie card, with the best of four examples here encapsulated and graded 7.5 NM+ by KSA. Appealing centering is an attribute but we should point out the four lightly dinged corners, with the holder itself scratch/problem-free. A trio of raw Gretzky rookies are all multi-creased and Poor, with blue touch-up spotted on two of them, the latter including a pierced example. Four second-year cards include three OPCs (EX, G, F) and a Topps (front "scratched", otherwise VG), while an OPC All-Star from the same season is VG+. Mostly nicer crease-free EX-or-better cards among the rest, with ten of them being Wayne's "regular" issues and the remainder being record breaker, league leader, trophy winner and in action affairs - you are aware of Wayne's prolific, without-parallel career aren't you?!
