Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Spring 2019
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 6/18/2019
Only the third 16-year-old in history to represent Canada at the World Juniors, Jason Spezza is a veteran of fifteen NHL seasons, and is currently in his sixteenth, which also serves as his fifth in Dallas. We have a jersey signed by the two-time All-Star, with this specimen featuring a unique, hand-painted portrait by artist “M James”. Styled with an attractive team crest with “39” in tackle twill over the sleeves and verso along with “Speeza” over the affixed nameplate, the Mississauga native has signed within the “9” over the reverse, with his expertly depicted image painted just to the left, across the numbers. The artist has signed along the bottom left, with the artwork and sweater in beautiful condition.
