Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Fall 2018
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 11/6/2018
The 2007-08 season was unforgettable for Washington Capitals superstar Alexander Ovechkin, who filled his trophy case by winning the Art Ross, Maurice Richard and Hart trophies and the Lester B. Pearson Award. Alexander the Gr8 lived up to his nickname as he tallied 65 times to break Luc Robitaille’s NHL single-season record for goals by a left winger. Ovi signed his 2007-08 Capitals CCM Vector game-used stick in bold black marker on the front of the blade at the heel, to the right of his white tape job from the toe in that displays nice game wear. “Ovi-8” factory graphics are on the shaft below his original tape job on the knob. Comes with a Classic Auctions LOA.
