Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction June 2018

Deceased HOFer Harvey “Busher” Jackson lived a life of soaring highs and crashing lows. The left wing on the famous Kid Line of the powerhouse 1930s Maple Leafs, Jackson was 21 when he led the NHL with 53 points in Toronto’s 1931-32 Stanley Cup season. Off-ice troubles marred his tragic life after he retired until his death at the age of 55 in 1966. Jackson’s posthumous induction into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 1971 reunited him with Leafs linemates and fellow legends Charlie Conacher and Joe Primeau. Jackson’s bold fountain pen ink signature sits at the bottom of this spectacular vintage photo posed in his full Maple Leafs uniform. Professionally framed, it displays to just under 11” x 14” and comes with a JSA LOA.
