Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction June 2018
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 6/19/2018
The last active player to have dressed for the original Winnipeg Jets, Deron Quint spent over 20 years in professional hockey, appearing for a number of clubs throughout a number of league’s including the KHL, DEL, NLA and ITL. We have a Phoenix Coyotes jersey that was worn by the American in 1997-98, his second of five seasons spent with the club. Center Ice labeling along with a “54-R” size swatch sit affixed to the collar, with embroidered Starter and NHL crests over the back bottom hem. Styled with a thick and attractive Coyotes team crest, the black V-neck has been embellished with dual-colour tackle twill sleeve and verso numbers, with a “Goals for Kids” crest over the left shoulder and alternate team crest over the right. Game use includes heavy burns over the upper and lower left sleeve with small resulting holes/slits, along with some minor paint transfer over each sleeve. There is also some pilling to the interior beneath the fight strap and behind the team crest. The team patch is also present, situated over the inside hem, and it denotes the garment as an “Official 1998-2 Game Worn Jersey”. An LOA will accompany.
