Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction February 2018
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 2/27/2018
Representing both the WHL and AHL, we have a pair of jerseys from each league, with a Hershey Bears example donned by Bruce Rendall in the late-1980s along with a mid-1990s WHL All-Star Game jersey worn by Brian Boucher. The Rendall Bears jersey originates from either 1988-89 or 1989-90, and it has Maska tagging along the collar with handwritten “52”, with an embroidered CCM crest over the reverse bottom hem. Styled with an attractive team crest with embroidered detailing, the maroon V-neck has been accented with white tackle twill sleeve and verso numbers, with “Rendall” across the nameplate in single white twill. Marks are present over the front and sleeves, with some paint transfer near the right elbow. The Boucher All-Star jersey is either from 1995-96 or 1996-97 and has Bauer labeling with a size “58G” fly tag affixed to the collar, with a CHL crest over the right breast. Featuring a WHL shield crest over the front, the white V-neck has been accented with heat-pressed sleeve and verso numbers, with small black stars over the front and sleeves along with large single white stars over each shoulder. Great use is exhibited with marks over the sleeves along with heavy wear to the white heat-pressed stars, with each peeling away. COAs will accompany each jersey.
