Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction February 2018
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 2/27/2018
The highest-drafted Californian born-and-trained player in NHL history, Beau Bennett has played in parts of 5 NHL seasons thus far, already winning a Cup with Pittsburgh in 2016. We have a Pens Set 1 away jersey worn by the winger in 2013-14, and it’s been photo-matched. Size tagging is affixed to the collar, with embroidered NHL and Reebok crests on the front and back necklines respectively. Styled with the Pens team crest that saw use from 2002-2016, the solid white V-neck has been accented with textured tackle twill sleeve and verso numbers, with the team patch on the inside hem. Game-wear includes a few random marks including a large example just beneath the left front shoulder. There are also large team repairs along the back of the right shoulder and just above the left cuff. Regarding the previously mentioned photo-match, 3 included photos have been matched to the marks on the left shoulder. A JerseyTRAK chip has been inserted just above the Dana Heinz (equipment manager) signed fight strap, with an LOA from the Penguins organization to accompany along with photos plus additional documents from JerseyTRAK.
