Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction June 2017
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 6/21/2017
Chosen by the Ottawa Senators 2nd overall at the 2001 NHL Entry Draft, Jason Spezza spent parts of 11 seasons in the nation’s capital, earning All-Star berths in both 2008 and 2012. We have a Jason Spezza Eastern Conference replica jersey from the 2008 NHL All-Star Game, and it’s been signed. Size tagging with a Reebok label sit attached to the collar, with NHL and Reebok crests on the front and back necklines respectively. Featuring an “East” team crest in double-twill with dual stars above and below, the solid crimson v-neck has been embellished with double-twill numbers along with two rows of stars placed evenly along both sides between the seams. The 2008 All-Star patch also resides over the left shoulder. Spezza has signed the middle section of the reverse “9” in blue sharpie, and the signature displays well. With no issues for the jersey itself, a COA from Frozen Pond will accompany.
