Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction June 2017
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 6/21/2017
Starting with three seasons spent in the OHA with the formidable Peterborough Petes, winger Bob Attwell would later see action in the IHL, AHL and CHL along with 22 games played for the Colorado Rockies, dressing for 7 games in 1979-80 and 15 in 1980-81. We have a Rockies jersey donned by the Spokane native in 1979-80. Rawlings labeling sits affixed to the collar, with the team crest and numbers all rubberized, with knit striping bands utilized. The mesh V-neck also sports screened-on team logos over the shoulders, with “Attwell” vinyl letters across the affixed nameplate. A customized “penny” fight strap has also been used. Game-wear includes just a few random marks including a small hole on the striping band of the left sleeve.
