HOF left wing Luc Robitaille’s signed 1986-87 L.A. Kings game-worn jersey from his Calder Trophy rookie season is photo-matched! Lucky Luc scored 45 goals and 84 points during his rookie of the year campaign. Robitaille’s blood-stained rookie season game-worn jersey with Maska Ultrafil and "86 04" born-on date flag tags in the collar is photo-matched to a close-up photo of the left sleeve and shoulder of this gamer that appears on page 51 of the Kings’ 1987-88 media guide. It clearly shows the distinctive placement of the team’s 20th anniversary patch and Luc’s No. 20, along with several marks and a pair of loose threads. Luc placed a bold black marker autograph on the rear tail. Comes with MeiGray Vintage LOA and COR.
Also included is a December 1987 Goal magazine which shows the uneven placement of the number "20" on the left sleeve.
The photo-match from the 1987-88 Kings media guide shows the distinctive placement of the Kings 20th anniversary patch, a pair of marks in the white stripe on the left of the 20th patch, two marks on the white stripe to the left of the patch, the distinctive placement of the No. “20” on the sleeve and a pair of loose threads, and a number of small black marks.
