Countless signatures from prominent HOFers abound in this extensive collection of heartwarming lithographs. We have 19 total examples culled from 5 different series, with “Saturday Morning”, “Practice Makes Perfect”, “Legends of the Crease” and “Saturday’s Heros” by Walter Burden, along with “When We Were Six” by Steven Houston. Each example has been multi-signed in either pencil or ink. Included are signatures from Bobby Hull, Guy Lafleur, Jean Beliveau, Johnny Bower, Glenn Hall, Yvan Cournoyer, Frank Mahovlich, Henri Richard, Gump Worsley, Allan Stanley and Gerry Cheevers. Ranging in size from roughly 7 ½” x 8 ¼” to 10” x 11 ½”, the lithographs and signatures all remain in beautiful condition. An LOA from Classic Auctions will accompany.
The breakdown for each offered lithograph is as follows. 1) “Practice Makes Perfect”. At 71/2” x 8 ¼”, signatures include Hull and Beliveau, executed in pencil. 2) “Legends of the Crease” (2). At 9” x 11”, signatures include Bower, Worsley, Cheevers and Hall, with one executed in pen, the other pencil. 3) “When We Were Six” (2). At 10” x 11 ½”, one example has been signed by Lafleur and Cournoyer and the other by Bower and Cheevers, both signed in pencil. 4) “Saturday’s Heros” (4). At 8” x 8 ½”, all have been signed in pencil, with one example signed by Hull and Lafleur, one by Beliveau and Bower, one by Bower and Hull and the last has been signed by Hull, Beliveau and Bower. 5) “Saturday Morning” (10). Seven have been signed in pencil, the other three in pen. Included we have single examples signed by Cournoyer and Lafleur, then Cournoyer, Lafleur, Beliveau, Worsley and Richard, then Hull, Bower and Cournoyer, and finally, a single example signed by Hull, Bower and Lafleur. Next we have a pair signed by Cournoyer, Hull, Lafleur and Bower, along with three signed by Lafleur, Hull, Beliveau, Bower and Frank Mahovlich.
