Scoring 161 points in just 70 games in 1995-96, Mario Lemieux would win the Art Ross, Hart Memorial and Ted Lindsay awards that season, while also being selected a First Team All-Star. Hailing from that especially successful time during Lemieux’s career in the mid-1990s, we present this stick used by the HOF superstar. A KOHO Revolution model, “Lemieux” appears stamped over the upper shaft slightly faded but still fully legible while a factory code of “669 7” appears on the underside of the lower shaft with a small "11" penned above it. Retaining its original black cloth wrapping over both the handle/knob and the blade, the stick shows excellent game-use via numerous dark marks over the shaft, lower shaft and toe with the tape covering the blade and heel also displaying marks over both sides as well along with tears to the underside and both the forehand and backhand as well. Additionally, there is a red coloured paint transfer over the underside of the lower shaft and numerous chips to the black paint running the length of the shaft. A fantastic example from a time in Lemieux's career when he was at his best offensively, don't miss out on this one!
