Longtime hobby favorite here is always full of intrigue, with collectors curious to hear about the various key and sport-printed cards, with this ensemble dominated by EX and better examples. Nineteen are encapsulated, with four SGC-slabbed cards leading condition-wise. A Roger Crozier rookie is graded NM+ 7.5 and is joined by three at NM 7; 76-MacGregor, 99-Stewart and 103-Neilson. Fifteen inspected by PSA graders are led by a NM 7 beauty of 74-Villemure SP, with 37-Balon at EX-MT+ 6.5 and the rest quite pleasing indeed at EX-MT 6. Among them are notables 20-Hull, 80-Rousseau SP, 85-Mahovlich, 92-Paille RC SP, 105-Horton All-Star and 107-Hull AS, with others being #s 2, 9, 23, 56, 67, 83-Howell and 90. As for the accompanying (raw) rest, five 1st series NM commons are to discover and are joined by (29) EX-MT cards, (6-Sawchuk, 70-Schmidt, 71-Shack, 82-Lindsay, 89-Howe (OC)), while (30) others are also crease-free and EX or EX+, including 12-Hall, 33-Beliveau, 40-Bower, 91-Nesterenko SP, 94-Keon, 102-Horton and 106-Mikita AS SP. Seven VG-EXs include 68-Plante and 73-Maki SP, while nine at VG+ include 31-Mikita and 72-Dornhoefer RC SP. The first and last cards, (1-Martin, 110-Hall AS), along with 48-Richard and 58-Williams SP, are among seven at VG. Lightly creased and stained (G) are SPs 59-Pilote and 98-Hicke. Checklists are unmarked, with #54 VG and #55 VG+. There you go folks - peruse, calculate and consider - "tall boys" will forever garner interest.
