Making his NHL debut for the St Louis Blues in 2006-07, Roman Polak spent parts of eight seasons in Missouri before being traded to Toronto, on June 28, 2014. Acquired directly from the Maple Leafs, we have a photo-matched jersey worn by the Czech in 2016-17, where he appeared in 75 regular-season games. A label with “58” sizing is affixed to the collar, with NHL and Reebok crests on the front and reverse necklines respectively. Featuring a vintage style Leafs team crest with embroidered detailing, “46” appears over the sleeves and verso in single navy twill, with “Polak” across the sewn nameplate in matching material. The fight strap also sports a handwritten “1” to denote a “Set 1” garment. Great game-use is exhibited, with dark marks over the upper and lower front, with two team repairs near the left elbow. Getty Image #630660176 (Dec 29, 2016 vs Tampa Bay) has been matched to the two dark marks visible near the team crest, with the two additional dark marks beneath the front band also visible. The team patch numbered “G-0033” is affixed just above the inside hem, with a matching LOA to accompany from the Leafs.
