Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Spring 2019

Selected 11th overall at the 2003 NHL Entry Draft by the Philadelphia Flyers, Jeff Carter first spent four seasons in the OHL with the Soo Greyhounds, leading the club in scoring in three of those four seasons. We have a Greyhounds jersey worn by the London native during his inaugural campaign with the team, in 2001-02, the only season he donned the #19. Nike and Pro player labels with “54” sizing grace the collar, with embroidered Nike and CHL crests over the lower hem. Styled with a layered tackle twill team crest with embroidered detailing, “19” appears over the sleeves and verso in white-over-black layered felt, with affixed stars beneath the collar along with “Carter” over the nameplate in matching material.
A number of stick marks are present over the lower front, with additional marks and burns over each sleeve. A few small holes resulting from said burns are visible near the left elbow, with a large example similarly placed over the right.
