Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Spring 2019
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 6/18/2019
Popular early-1970s collectibles here are led by a ’71-72 O-Pee-Chee set that averages EX, although the key Ken Dryden rookie is but G+, with both checklists creased and marked. The Lafleur RC is EX, while Dionne RC and 100-Orr are VG. Gordie Howe’s "Mr. Hockey" card is graded 6 ENM by KSA. Inserts include a complete (English) ’71-72 booklet set and a near set (23/24)(missing 24-Orr) with condition however low grade and a mix of OPC and Topps entries. Extras total 53, with numerous duplicates. From ’72-73 is a set of 22 Player Crests (EX average), with a near set (22/24) a tad lesser and 10 extras also present. Team Canada inserts from ’72-73 are mostly low grade and total 63, with 22 different and some heavy duplication (12 White, 9 Bergman). From a great time to be a kid!
