One of the most exciting players of his era, HOF center Denis Savard wore these Daoust 301 game-worn skates during the prime of his career in Chicago and used this Canadien 6001 stick during his record-setting 1982-83 season with the Black Hawks. Savard’s Black Hawks Daoust 301 model game-worn skates are originally from former NHL timekeeper and statistician Paul Ruck's collection and date Denis’ first stint with the Black Hawks. The white leather and black nylon boots with Tuuk blades show nice game wear and each boot is marked on the bottom with “Savvy #1” in blue. Savard extended his own Black Hawks record with 121 points when he used this stick with a "9 Sep. 1982" factory date stamp. His huge white tape knob remains on the top of the shaft.
