Terrific trio of ancient real photo postcards depicting members of the squad in their striped uniforms. The two on-ice shots are identified on the backs as Percy LeSueur and Eddie Gerrard. Eddie Gerard started with the NHA team in 1913 and served as the captain of the NHL Ottawa Senators from 1919 to 1923 and was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 1945. LeSueur, another member of the Hall, won three Cups with the Senators and remained with the team from 1906-07 through to 1914-15. The third postcard pictures netminder and HOFer Clint Benedict. Benedict started with the NHA Senators in 1912-13 and stayed with the squad well into the 1920s. His card is identified in pencil on the front as dating to 1914. All three cards have divided postcard backs and have not been used or written on. Condition varies from good to near excellent.
