The Jean Beliveau Auction- February 2005
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 2/22/2005
Nice, varied assortment of awards and "thank you" items has a few highlights. A classy wooden cigar box has an engraved metal plate that reveals Noel Picard received it for his participation in the 1969 NHL All-Star Game in Montreal. The Harry C. Arthur Trophy as most improved Blues player is dated 1970-71. A ‘66-67 inspirational trophy was presented to Noel by the Seattle Totem Hockey Booster Club and a marble-based trophy/desk display is an MVP award from way back in ‘58-59. A horse shoe trophy reads "The Deadliest Golfer 1972". There are three souvenirs from St. Louis Blues' annual carwashes and a number of plaques given to Noel in appreciation of his time and efforts in various causes. One plaque in part reads "one of St. Louis' first hockey greats". We count 31 items with those mentioned all in excellent or better condition. Noel Picard's signed LOA will be included with this neat lot.
