A sweet pair of Prince George Cougars game-worn jerseys from the 2010–11 season and early
2010s, worn by defenseman Jesse Forsberg and center Jordan Tkatch.
Jesse Forsberg played for the Cougars from 2008–09 through 2011–12 and wore this road
black jersey with an alternate captain’s “A” during the 2010–11 season, the only year he served
in that role. The “A” appears on the left breast in white over black and red triple-layered tackle
twill. Just above, a Reebok crest is stitched on the left breast, with a WHL patch on the right.
Inside the collar, a Reebok CHL tag is stitched on, with a size “56” flag tag hanging below it. A
CHL patch is also stitched to the lower rear hem, and a fight strap is securely sewn inside.
Visible signs of game use include pilling along the front near the hem, two large team repairs on
the right sleeve. Also on the right sleeve is a stick mark and board burn over the “6” on the
sleeve, and further board burns near the cuff. The left sleeve also shows a large team repair,
small board burns, and an unrepaired cut. “FORSBERG” is stitched in single white twill over a
nameplate on the back.
Jordan Tkatch was with the Cougars from 2011–12 through 2013–14, and this home white
jersey was worn during his tenure, complete with an alternate captain’s “A.” The “A” appears on
the left breast in red over white and black triple-layered tackle twill. A WHL patch is affixed to the
left breast, and a Reebok crest appears on the reverse neckline. His number “19” appears in
white over black and red on the sleeves, and in black over white and red on the verso.
“TKATCH” is sewn in single white twill over a black nameplate. The inside collar has a stitched
Reebok CHL tag with a size “56” fly tag hanging just below. A CHL patch is also stitched to the
rear hem, and a fight strap is affixed inside the jersey. Game wear includes stick marks
scattered across the body and arms, two material-backed team repairs on the left sleeve and a
stick mark over the “9” on the sleeve. Another mark over the “1” on the left sleeve is apparent,
along with red transfer marks, a team repair on the cuff, and additional unrepaired cuts near the
cuff. A large red transfer mark is also visible on the back of the jersey.
Both jerseys come with a letter of authenticity.
