Granted the NBA’s 28th franchise in 1993 for a then-record expansion fee of $125 million US, the Toronto Raptors began play in 1995, with the club the first professional basketball team to represent Toronto since the BAA Huskies in 1946-47. Having won their first NBA Championship at the end of the 2018-19 season, offered here is this ticket stub and program from the franchise's first ever game on November 3rd, 1995. Resulting in a 94-79 win over the New Jersey Nets, the first victory in franchise history, the ticket displays the franchise's inaugural season logo as well as a large raptor head for imagery along with information for opponents, time, date, seat and price while missing it perforated right portion. Also coming with a program from the first game that features 146 pages on the interior, the cover sports a price of $10 as well as a large inaugural season logo and "Commemorative Season" declaration above the date of November 3rd, 1995. Both in overall good condition while showing some light handling wear to the surface, corners and edges, don't miss out on this piece of Canadian basketball history!
