One of the toughest customers on any roster he cracked, Greg Kuznik wore this specialty
Cincinnati Cyclones jersey during the late-1990s or early-2000s, right around the time he made
his lone NHL appearance with the Carolina Hurricanes. Worn during a single McDonald’s
sponsored game, this piece comes from one of Kuznik’s stints with the Cyclones in either of the 1999-2000 or 2000-01 IHL seasons. Manufactured by OT Sports and tagged as a size “XXL” in the collar, it measures approximately to a size “54.” A yellow “5” is sewn on both sleeves in single-layer twill, while matching “5” and “KUZNIK” are stitched in black on the verso. A printed OT logo appears on the reverse neckline, with an additional OT crest stitched near the hem on the back of the jersey. Ronald McDonald House Charities logos are printed on both shoulders.
Signs of game wear include a cluster of small holes near the right side of the neckline, faint stick
marks near the right cuff, and a number of small stains on the left sleeve cuff and again
on the back of the jersey. A fight strap remains firmly affixed inside.
