Historical Hockey and Sports Memorabilia Auction June 2025
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 6/24/2025
A five-time All-Star with the Calder Memorial earned for his impressive 63 points scored during his inaugural NHL season in 2013-14, Nathan MacKinnon also won the Lady Byng in 2020 and led Colorado to the promise land, in 2022. Hailing from the era of the late-2010s when Nate was starting his dominance of the National Hockey League, offered here is this stick used and signed by MacKinnon. A CCM Ribcore Trigger 3D PMT model twig with "MacKinnon" factory graphics found over the upper shaft, the stick retains its original tape job of white cloth wrapped around the handle/knob while the blade tape has been removed to facilitate MacKinnon's signature in silver ink over the forehand side. Of note, an outline of the blade tape's former placement is still able to be seen, with the heel showing it easily along with residue. With the autograph displaying well and without issue, the stick retains a pair of factory serial number and/or barcode stickers over the backside of the shaft. Showing good signs of game-use, various marks and abrasions are present throughout the shaft, lower shaft, heel and blade along with some red coloured marks over the handle tape.
