Historical Hockey and Sports Memorabilia Auction Spring 2025

A remarkable trio of rookie cards featuring three Hall of Famers — Grant Fuhr, Ron Francis, and
Scott Stevens — each graded PSA MINT 9, representing a strong collection of early-1980s hockey
greatness.
Grant Fuhr emerged as one of the NHL’s premier goaltenders with the Edmonton Oilers,
backstopping the team to five Stanley Cup championships during their dynasty years. Known for
his clutch saves and quick reflexes, Fuhr finished his career with 403 wins and was inducted
into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 2003. This PSA 9 example of Fuhr’s rookie card is preserved in
an excellent condition holder with only very faint scratches visible under close inspection and sticky residues on the back from a former sticker.
Ron Francis ranks second all-time in NHL career assists with 1,249 and fifth in points with 1,798
over his legendary 23-season career. A two-time Stanley Cup champion with the Pittsburgh
Penguins, Francis was known for his exceptional vision and playmaking ability. This PSA 9
rookie card is housed in a great condition holder with only a few very faint scratches visible upon close
inspection.
Scott Stevens built his reputation as one of the NHL’s most intimidating and dominant
defensemen. Over his 22-year career, Stevens collected 2,785 penalty minutes, won three
Stanley Cups with the New Jersey Devils, and captured the Conn Smythe Trophy in 2000. His
PSA 9 rookie card is also preserved in a great condition holder, almost flawless.
