Inducted into to the Hockey Hall of Fame as part of the class of 2011, Doug Gilmour would enjoy an NHL career that spanned 20 seasons with 7 different franchises. A Stanley Cup champion as a member of the Calgary Flames in 1989 who is best remembered for his time in the blue and white of the Toronto Maple Leafs, offered here is this stick used by the former Maple Leafs captain as a member of the club during the mid-1990s, circa the lockout shortened 1994-95 season. A Titan ASD 6000 model twig in a black, red and white colourway, "Gilmour" is stamped over the middle of the shaft and the stick retains its original tape job of white around the handle/knob and black around the blade. Also having had a clear like tape added around the bottom of the shaft which has yellowed with time, the stick shows evidence of game-use via a small handful marks and abrasions over the length of the shaft as well as marks and tears over both sides of the blade tape as well.
