Issued just after the Second World War when life in Canada and the US was slowly reverting back to normalcy, cereal kings Kellogg’s released a trio of card sets with 150 cards in each, with the initial “Series 1” offering released in 1945-46, followed-up by the “Series 2” set that appeared in 1946-47 and “Series 3” in 1947-48. Each set had 8 subsets of 15 cards each, along with a Sport Tips subset that had 30 cards. We offer a "Series 3" near-complete set (149/150), with one extra for 150 cards, along with a "Series 1" Sport Tips near-complete subset (29/30), "Series 2" misc. group of 9 cards from six different subsets, and 4 original Sport Tips panels trimmed from Kellogg's boxes numbered #1 to #4.
First, the "Series 3" near-complete set of 150 includes;

Next, the "Series 2" cards include;
9 misc. cards including GREAT DEED OF CANADA (#8), THINGS TO MAKE (#3, #15), AEROPLANES (#3, #10), UNIFORMS (#5), TRICKS (#6) and DENIZENS OF THE DEEP (#7, #14).
Lastly, the "Series 1" cards include;
SPORT TIPS card #1 to #30 of 30 missing #24
The "Ace Percival" Sport Tips panels are all approx 5 3/4" x 7 3/4" give or take, with each featuring 3 different sports, with both English and French text. Panel #1 has baseball, rugby and natation (swimming), Panel #2 has boxing, baseball and piste et terrain (track & field), Panel #3 has boxing, rugby and baseball, and Panel #4 has track & field, rugby and entrainement (training). Each shows light wear. The majority of the cards in the collection also show light to moderate handling wear with the odd crease or bent corner.
