This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 4/29/2025
One of the best memorabilia offerings of the mid-to-late-2000s and early-to-mid-2010s, Be A Player's/In The Game/Leaf's releases were sure to provide collectors a premium offering that included both current day stars while putting a big focus on the greats of the game who were always the main subject of stories of yesteryear via base, memorabilia and autograph offerings. Up for grabs as part of this lot, is this collection of four (4) Leaf/ITG cards that date from 2010 to 2017 that includes names such as Wayne Gretzky, John Ferguson, Bobby Clarke, Phil Esposito, King Clancy, Charlie Conacher and many others. Paced by a 2016 ITG In The Game Used "Locker Room" collection card of Wayne Gretzky that features pieces of items worn or used by Wayne embedded into the front of it including swatches from his gloves, pants and jersey, the card is serial numbered "1/2" for its effort. Also including a 2010 Famous Fabrics Ink Hockey Edition Summit Series cut signature card of John Ferguson, the autograph has been penned in blue ballpoint pen ink that displays without issue while the card itself is housed in a Beckett style holder and sports a "1/1" designation over the label. For the final two cards, present is a 2017-18 Leaf Ultimate "Ultimate Compatriots" Team Canada example that is serial numbered "1/1" and fears embedded jersey swatches from names such as Sittler, P. Esposito, Perreault, Clarke, Shutt and Dionne while the last card is a 2016 ITG In The Game Used Vintage Memorabilia offering of both King Clancy and Charlie Conacher that is serial numbered "1/1" with memorabilia swatches used by each player embedded under their respective images while also sporting a "1/1" serial number. All found in overall excellent condition, each sports just light corner and edge wear that is worth noting for accuracy.
