A heavily contested battle that was a rematch of the Stanley Cup Finals in 1988, the 1990 edition of the Finals for Lord Stanley's coveted Cup once again pitted the Edmonton Oilers against the Boston Bruins. The first Stanley Cup Finals series for the Oilers after the trade that sent Wayne Gretzky to Los Angeles, the series would go five (5) games with the Oilers taking the Series 4 games to 1, dropping only game 3 at home. A series that featured a total of seven (7) future Hockey Hall of Fame inductees between the two (2) teams, offered here is this massive collection of over 2,900 35mm photo negatives from the series taken during games 2, 3 and 4. With the stars from each club pictured in images including the likes of Mark Messier, Ray Bourque, Glenn Anderson, Jari Kurri, Kevin Lowe, Bill Ranford, Cam Neely and others, each set of negatives comes in it’s original envelope, with most listing the game and date. Featuring a good even mix of images from the three (3) games with the highest concentration from games 3 and 4, a quick inspection shows that majority of the negatives remain in excellent condition with no issues to note.
