Historical Hockey and Sports Memorabilia Auction June 2025

Toughness was never in short supply when Krys Barch stepped on the ice. Known for his grit
and willingness to drop the gloves in defense of his teammates, Barch embodied the physical
edge of early-2010s hockey, a time when enforcers still had a defined role and intimidation
could tilt momentum.
Though this particular jersey never saw NHL game action, it was built for it. Made-up for Barch
during the 2010–11 season, this Dallas Stars home white jersey is a size "58+" Reebok model. It
features the NHL shield stitched onto the front collar and the Reebok wordmark on the reverse
neckline. Inside the collar, standard tagging includes the size designation. Across the chest,
“DALLAS” is boldly stitched in green over gold and black triple-layer tackle twill. Number "13" is
affixed to both sleeves, the front lower left chest, and the back of the jersey. On the reverse,
“BARCH” appears in matching green-gold-black tackle twill across a white nameplate. Dallas
Stars shoulder patches sit prominently on both sleeves, adding to the bold, classic aesthetic of
this era’s design.
Inside the jersey, a fight strap remains securely sewn in place, and along the interior hem, a
MeiGray authentication patch identifies this as “White Set 3 GI” (Game Issued), as noted in the
MeiGray population report. The jersey remains in pristine condition, with no visible game
wear, appropriate for a jersey that was issued but never hit the ice.
