A true pro who posted very impressive career stats during his time in the NHL, Steve Mason
built a reputation as a dependable and often spectacular presence between the pipes. He burst
onto the scene with the Columbus Blue Jackets in 2008–09, winning the Calder Trophy as the
league’s top rookie after posting 33 wins and 10 shutouts — an elite feat for any goaltender, let
alone a first-year player. Over his 10-season NHL career, Mason went on to play for the Flyers
and Jets, finishing with over 200 wins and 34 shutouts across 476 starts.
Worn during the 2015–16 NHL season, this Philadelphia Flyers orange jersey was used by
goaltender Steve Mason and is accompanied by a team LOA. Tagged as a
Size 58G in the collar, this "Orange Set 1" jersey features the NHL shield on the front collar and
the Reebok logo on the back neckline. Mason’s number "35" appears in white over black tackle
twill on both sleeves and the back. His name is stitched in black single-layer twill on a white
nameplate across the upper back.
Notable game use includes puck marks on both sleeves near the cuffs and additional minor
puck marks are present on the front of the jersey, along with a small hole just to the right of the
crest. Inside, a fight strap is securely affixed. Sewn into the inner hem are two authentication
patches — one from MeiGray and one from Philly Express. This jersey is registered in the
MeiGray Game-Worn Jersey Authentication Program as inventory number "M05240", which
matches the number on the MeiGray patch.
