A former first round pick by the Buffalo Sabres, Tyler Myers would win the Calder Memorial Trophy as the league’s best rookie for the 2009-10 season. Spending time later with the Winnipeg Jets and Vancouver Canucks, Myers would use this particular puck to score his 4th goal of the shortened 2020-21 season and 84th of his career. Shot into the net at 9:23 of the 3rd period with assists being provided by Jordie Benn and Nils Hoglander, the goal would serve as the game-winner in the Canucks 2-1 win over the Edmonton Oilers at home on March 13th, 2021. Additionally, the goal would serve as the 300th point of Myers’ career. The “Official Game Puck” sports a Canucks logo on the obverse with the NHL shield featured on the opposite face while tape has been added along the side, displaying handwritten notations reading “Mar. 13 – VAN - #2”. The biscuit exhibits light surface wear with light abrasions over each side. Housed in a puck cube, a Canucks hologram has been affixed to the reverse side and is accompanied by a matching COA displaying all the particulars.
