Historical Hockey and Sports Memorabilia Auction Fall 2022
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 9/20/2022
A veteran of 16 NHL seasons, Mike Ricci was drafted by Philadelphia and made his NHL debut for the club in 1990, and represented Canada at the 1994 IIHF World Championships. Later winning a Stanley Cup championship with Colorado, Ricci is currently a scout and development coach with San Jose. From his final NHL season, we have a Phoenix Coyotes jersey worn by Ricci in 2006-07. A CCM label with “54” sizing is affixed to the collar, with embroidered Reebok and NHL crests over the reverse neckline and bottom hem respectively. Styled with the suede and twill team crest that first saw use in 2003, the white V-neck has been accented with “40” sewn to the sleeves and verso in single twill, with the Decade in the Desert patch to the right breast. Exhibiting just very light use with a few marks visible, the team patch denotes the garment as “game-issued”, but as the jersey shows use and the team LOA states “Game Worn”, the jersey is being sold as worn. The “Set 2” team patch resides on the inside hem, with a team LOA to accompany along with a COR from MeiGray.
