Finishing in second place behind a strong Detroit Red Wings contingent led by Gordie Howe, the Montreal Canadiens concluded the 1952-53 NHL season with 75 points, with the Rocket tops in goals, assists and points. Meeting the Boston Bruins in the Stanley Cup final, the Habs would take the series in five games. We offer a modern banner signed by five Habs with Jean Beliveau, Emile Bouchard, Dickie Moore, Elmer Lach and Don Marshall) Plus 1950s Sport Magazines Signed by Jean Beliveau and Henri Richard/Ralph Backstrom. The vinyl banner is dual-sided at 49" in length with all five signing on one side, with the signatures a bit faded. The banner itself shows light wear with a pole along the top to facilitate mounting. The magazines both show moderate wear, with Beliveau signing one cover, and Henri Richard and Ralph Backstrom signing the other. An LOA from Classic Auctions will accompany.
