Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Winter 2022

Currently retaining the 11th spot on the all-time points list with 1,579, Ray Bourque is the NHL’s all-time goals, assists and points leader for defenceman. From the twilight of his remarkable HOF career, when he spent two seasons with the Colorado Avalanche which included his lone Stanley Cup championship, we have a stick used by Ray Bourque during his time in Denver (1999-00 and 2000-01). A Sher-Wood PMPX 9950 model, “Bourque 77” factory graphics appear over the upper shaft, with “Handcrafted Exclusively for Raymond Bourque” on the underside. The original black tape over the blade and white over the shaved handle is in place, with the striping accent intact (there is a bit of spotting to the taped section of handle). Just very light game-use is exhibited which includes a small tear to the tape on the reverse blade along with a few abrasions to the shaft.
