Historical Hockey Memorabilia Auction Winter 2022
This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 3/1/2022
Taking the card world by storm and rivaling the long-standing Topps, seen as the standard of the industry, Upper Deck produced it’s first set of hockey cards in 1990-91, and we offer a “USA Edition” High Series factory sealed case. Featuring improved photography along with a sleek design and tamper-proof holograms, the set is complete at 550 cards (cards #1 to #400 make up the Low Series, while cards #401 to #550 make up the High Series), with the possibility of rookie cards from Pavel Bure, Sergei Fedorov and Felix Potvin. The case contains 24 unopened boxes, with 36 packs per box, and 12 cards per pack, for a total of 10,368 cards. Remaining sealed, we should note that some of the sealing tape has broken off, with the case showing expected age and storage wear with some creasing and indentations visible.
