This lot is closed for bidding. Bidding ended on 3/1/2022
Sent to the New York Rangers in the Mark Messier trade after parts of six seasons with the Oilers, Jeff Beukeboom played his final eight NHL seasons in Manhattan beginning in 1991-92. This lot offers gloves, pants and a helmet all worn by Beukeboom during his time with the club, with all three items of equipment originating from circa 1997-98 (Getty Images show Beukeboom using each of these models that season). First, the helmet is a CCM model with Rangers decals over each side and the left and right reverse, with heavy wear present including numerous scratches and abrasions along with large areas of red paint transfer. The gloves are Vic models in Rangers colours, with “Beukeboom” embroidered to each, with the pair showing heavy wear from considerable use, with rubbing to the material throughout and holes to each palm. The pants are CCM Supra models with affixed Rangers and NHL logos, with heavy wear to the material including marks, and salting to the clasps.
