Taking the Commissioner’s Trophy north of the border for the first time, the Toronto Blue Jays served as world champions in both 1992 and 1993 with their back-to-back World Series titles, and we offer two displays of signed Blue Jays baseballs, with one display featuring the 1992 and 1993 World Series MVPs (Pat Borders and Paul Molitor), while the second features the American League’s highest batting average leaders in 1993 (John Olerud, Paul Molitor and Roberto Alomar), with this the first time the top three hailed from the same club. First, the MVP baseballs are each respective Rawlings Official World Series balls, with each individually signed on the sweet spot in ballpoint, with toning and a bit of dirt staining to each. The 1993 AL balls are matching Rawlings Official AL Bobby Brown examples, with each signed in ballpoint, with the trio again showing toning and a bit of dirt staining to each. Each “set” of balls comes in a wooden and plexiglass display case, with engraved plaques over each front.
