The first MLB team in almost half a century to go through the entire season without being swept in a single series, the Toronto Blue Jays finished first in the American League East at the conclusion of the 1992 season and defeated the Atlanta Braves to claim the first Fall Classic north of the border. This baseball has been team-signed by the 1992 World Series champion Blue Jays. An Official Rawlings Bobby Brown American League sphere, approx 35 have signed in blue ballpoint, including HOFers Jack Morris, Roberto Alomar and Dave Winfield along with Dave Stieb, Mark Eichhorn, Cito Gaston (manager), Pat Borders, Tom Henke, Pat Hentgen, Jimmy Key, Rance Mulliniks, Doug Linton, David Wells, Larry Hisle (coach), Kelly Gruber and others. The signatures remain bold and present beautifully despite being somewhat bunched-up, with some minor toning to the ball.
