Canadians from coast to coast sang their national anthem with joy at the conclusion of the 1972 Summit Series. The entire nation was enthralled with the exploits of series hero Paul Henderson and HOFers such as Phil and Tony Esposito, Yvan Cournoyer, Frank Mahovlich, Brad Park, Bobby Clarke and Ken Dryden in Team Canada’s thrilling win in the eight-game series between Team Canada’s NHL all-stars and the Soviet national team. This team-signed “O’ Canada” limited edition lithograph by artist Daniel Parry is beautifully framed and displays to approximately 24” x 24” in the double matte. The print is No. “515/972” and features the pencil autographs of 35 members of the team at the bottom. Ratelle, Savard, Lapointe, Gilbert, Perreault, Mikita, Dionne and coach Sinden are among the other members of the HOF who have signed along with deceased team members Bergman, Parise, Goldsworthy, Martin, Stapleton and assistant coach Ferguson, and Pete Mahovlich, Johnston, Ellis, Hull, Hadfield, Cashman, Seiling, White, Redmond, Awrey, Tallon, Guevremont and Glennie.
