Dressing for clubs in the AHL and OHL including the Sudbury Wolves and Kitchener Rangers before making his NHL debut in 2013-14, Josh Leivo skated for Toronto for parts of six seasons, and is currently under contract to the Carolina Hurricanes. This Leafs jersey was worn by Leivo in 2016-17. A label with “56” sizing resides over the inner collar, with NHL and Reebok crests over the front and reverse necklines respectively. Featuring a vintage style Leafs team crest with “Toronto Maple Leafs” embroidered, “32” is sewn to the sleeves and verso in oversized blue twill, with “Leivo” across the affixed nameplate in matching material. The jersey also sports the NHL centennial crest over the right sleeve, with “3” handwritten to the fight strap to denote third set. Seeing action in only 13 contests with the Leafs in 2016-17 from Dec 19th to March 23rd, the jersey was worn briefly, and as a third set, would have been worn in just a few of his final road games of the season, and sports no discernible marks. The team patch resides on the inside hem, with a COA matching the serial number to accompany from the Leafs.
