His second season of being presented with the Aldege "Baz" Bastien Memorial Good Guy Award by the Pittsburgh Penguins, Marc-Andre Fleury backstopped the club in 67 games in 2011-12, along with an additional 6 playoff matches. These signed skates were worn by the superstar netminder during the 2011-12 NHL season. Reebok Pump models with Reebok blade holders and Proformance blades, NHL shield logos appear over each tongue, with stickers with “Marc-Andre Fleury” printed on each underside (one sticker is removed, with the remnants/outline visible), along with handwritten notations including a few numbers and sizes, along with the date of “3-29-12”. The Pens faced the Islanders on March 29th with Fleury in goal, with Getty Image #143038343 (March 29, 2012) showing the matching type models, but the image is not clear enough to determine a photo-match. The skates exhibit good game-use including marks and cuts to the blade holders along with small areas of red paint transfer, with a bit of spot rusting near the back of the blade on the right skate. Fleury has added black marker signatures to each holder top, with a signed LOA from the Fleury family to accompany.
