Earning his “Golden Boy” moniker at the 1992 Summer Olympics after winning gold over Marco Rudolph – the German fighter he previously lost to – Oscar De La Hoya fought in numerous weight classes, and posted a record of 39 wins throughout his career including 30 KOs. Produced in 1993, we have a framed and signed Oscar De La Hoya print by artist Stephen Holland. Large at 21” x 42” (exposed), De La Hoya is wonderfully depicted in muted black and white, with his large pencil signature centered over the base, with the artist signing over the bottom right, and the limited-edition number of “321/500” over the bottom left. Attractively double-matted and framed to full dimensions of approx 30” x 50 ½”, a name plaque has been inserted beneath, with light wear to the frame.
