Topps cards from 1964-65 in any condition garner interest, with pretty much all conditions (lower than NM) represented in this pieced-together ensemble, much of it however VG or lower. Thankfully, 2nd Series cards are nicer than their 1st Series counterparts, the latter with a couple of NM commons but plenty of P-F-G cards and only a few above VG, with notables being a G #1-Pit Martin RC, roughed up (P) cards of Hull SP, Beliveau SP, Mikita, Richard, Hall and Bower and a creased/marked 54-1st Series Checklist. With those out of the way, it's on to the more interesting elements, with VG and VG+ examples showing up most of the time. Half a dozen condition-leading crease-free (mostly) EX cards include 69-Armstrong (EX-MT), while the better short prints, at VG, are 74-Villemure, 80-Rousseau, 91-Nesterenko, 92-Paille RC and 105-Horton All-Star, with 59-Pilote similar but miscut, the same as 89-Gordie Howe and 110-Hall AS. Mikita AS SP is G, followed by three SPs at F; 58-Williams, 73-Maki and 98-Hicke, with creases and paper loss sending 72-Dornhoefer RC to P. Other most notables are 102-Horton (VG) and 107-Hull AS (G+). Overall, respectable and acceptable and sure to find a new appreciative home.
